Meet our Principals


Lamont H. Jackson Sr.

Lamont H. Jackson Sr. was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and The Johns Hopkins University where he majored in Architecture/Engineering. After being laid off from his full time job as an Architect in September 1993, Lamont decided to explore the field of Naval Architecture. Lamont travel and worked in Canada and Anacortes Island where he received design awards and was published in multiple news outlets in the US, Canada and UK for the design of the 1 st Twin Hull Cruise Ship and Twin Hull High Speed Ferry Boat. In October 1994 Lamont starting his own Architecture Design firm in Towson, Maryland. After 10 Years in the Towson office Lamont relocated the offices to downtown Baltimore where he added Construction, Construction Management and Design Build to Architecture/Engineering services. After 20 years in the Construction and Design industry Lamont decided to pursue Real Estate Investing with a focus on Buy and Hold. Lamont Enjoys being a Landlord and Property Manager providing excellent service to his tenants. Lamont is also passionate about helping those in need of assistance in understanding what being a Landlord is all about.


To date Lamont has over 70 tenants in Baltimore City and has successfully completed over 12 rehab projects from January 2021 – May 2023. In addition to Lamont’s success in Real Estate and Development, Lamont has been married for 23years and has one son Lamont Jr. who just graduated with honors from Salisbury State University (c/o 2023).


Phil Stokes

Phil  was also born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Milford Mill Academy and Morgan State University where he got his BS in Electrical Engineering. After college, Phil Worked for Hewlett-Packard for several years in their Professional Services Division as a Technical Consultant. Phil was the Principal Consultant on HP’s Baltimore Digital Village Project where we worked to bridge the digital divide in Baltimore’s historic East Baltimore community.


Phil has created several successful companies since leaving HP. Phil co-founded greiBO media in2001 as a full service media and event production company. Producers of Baltimore’s historic African American Festival for several years, greiBO’s client list includes Under Armour, The Smithsonian Institute, Associated Black Charities, Visit Baltimore, BWI Thurgood Marshall International Airport, Morgan State University, Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) and the Baltimore Grand Prix to name a few. In 2011, Phil founded greiBO solutions, an IT consulting firm focused on data services in the government space with customers including the Department of Defense and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. There he helps create solutions to enable government agencies to run more efficiently. Phil has been married for 24 years to his amazing wife Shelonda Stokes and has 2 beautiful children, Phillip and Sydney.
